Is Safaricom STEALING ideas //?

Safaricom company has been involved in several court cases being accused of stealing ideas from people and not being able to pay them.
Mpesa a money transfer platform which was created by Nick Hughes in 2003, then working as the head of social enterprises at Vodafone and Susie Lonie, who had a background in mobile commerce with Vodafone in Europe, has been claimed by many kenyans to the extent of filing lawsuits in a bid to get Safaricom to share earnings. This is according to the book Money, Real Quick authored by Tonny Omwansa, a lecturer at the University of Nairobi and Nicholas Sullivan, a Senior Fellow at the Centre for Emerging Market Enterprises.
Dr Mukhisa Kituyi, a former MP and minister of trade also claimed that M pesa was created by Dr Bitange Ndemo who was the PS at Communications ministry. He supports his claim by saying, "I have to record my disappointment …. As usual with others who have commented on this subject before, we credit (in my view) all the wrong people, but leave out the true unsung hero: the young university student who ‘invented’ mpesa – the inventor/innovator! Not even his name is mentioned, or known! In the history of technological innovation in Kenya, the ‘Governor of the Central Bank’ (notably Micah Cheserem and the present) will have a special place! On the mPesa issue, among those mentioned the only one I would fret – given the power – would the CBK Governor, who was bold enough to let this ‘experiment’ take root.
What Remains History is the young University Student who invented MPESA?
Safaricom is also accused by FAULU FAIDA stealing their idea of the MSHWARI .The organization had filed a suit to stop safaricom from using the MSHWARI idea but safricom denied stealing the idea.
Recently Kenyans on Twitter stumped the company as one blogger claimed he came with the idea of OKOA MB but the company told him it was UNTENABLE only for the company to roll it later as OKOA BUNDLES.
